Quality is of the highest importance and we personally inspect each order that is shipped. However, if you find defects in your order we will be happy to accept the defective item for a refund or exchange. The return must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery as stated by the shipping company (UPS or other). Returned items must be free from damage or alterations that typically occur upon installation (for example, drill-holes in the ledger strips.)
For Local Orders:
Returns and exchanges may be made at our workshop on Folly Road. As this is a workshop and not a storefront, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (843) 701-6739 in advance to ensure someone will be there to meet you.
For Online Orders:
You can send a defective item back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and exchange or issue a refund in accordance with our policy. Please insure your returns package and include a receipt or proof of purchase including the name and billing address of the purchaser.
